Where do you ship?

Currently only NZ and AUS

How long does an order take?

Processing times to make your order are updated on the home page and website banner, it is also in your confirmation email. Please do not ask how long it will take unless somehow I have gone over the specified time.

If you do need your order urgently there is an option to add a "Rush Fee" with your order.

How do I find my size?

Please check out the Sizing, Shapes, & Lengths tab or check out our pinned post on Instagram for photographic instructions!

I ordered the wrong size, can I change it?

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing, so please order carefully! If you realise you have made a mistake with your order, please reach out via DM on Instagram or send a message through the Contact Us page ASAP and we can accomodate, provided the order has not been started.

I lost a nail, can I replace it?

Yes, you can buy a replacement nail here.

How long do these last?

Prep is key! Please follow our How-to-Use application guide here.

Tabs: 1-3 days wear

Glue: up to 2 weeks wear

Tab + Glue: 3-5 days wear

How to remove and reuse?

Yes, all press-on sets made here are reusable provided you take care of them and remove them correctly! Please follow How-to-Use removal guide here.
