Refund policy

Please carefully read and understand our refund policy before making a purchase.

1. Refunds

We have a 30-day refund policy, you have 30 days to request a refund after receiving your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused and/or unopened.

To start a refund, you can contact us at nailsbychubs.nz@gmail.com. You will need to pay for the postage fees to return the item(s). Instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided if the refund is approved. Any item(s) sent back to us without an approved refund will not be accepted.

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original ayment method.

2. Non-Refundable Goods

  • Press-on sets

As all press-on sets are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges! We are not responsible for any incorrect sizing, slight colour differences due to lighting, or change of mind. If you wish to make any design changes (including, but not limited to, change of sizing, change of colour etc.), please DM us on Instagram ASAP so we can accommodate provided we have not started making the order.

2. Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider issuing refunds for non-refundable goods under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Damaged Goods: Please ensure you inspect your order upon reception. We take extra care in packaging our products securely and ensure there is no damage prior to packing. However, we understand anything can happen during transport. If you receive a damaged non-refundable product, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and help you out, and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
