Shipping Policy

Our store uses NZ Post for postal services for your nails. 

1. We are not responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen parcels once NZ Post has accepted our parcels for delivery. All NZ shipping options are tracked, we recommend liaising with your local post office and we may help open an investigation if necessary.

2. Free pick-up option is available. Please ONLY choose this option if you can travel to Flat Bush, Auckland and you will need to DM us on Instagram to arrange a suitable time/date. If you change your mind and need delivery instead, you will be required to pay the shipping fee first.

Refund Policy

Please carefully read and understand our refund policy for non-refundable goods before making a purchase.

1. Non-Refundable Goods

  • Press-on sets

As all press-on sets are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges! We are not responsible for any incorrect sizing, slight colour differences due to lighting, or change of mind. If you wish to make any design changes (including, but not limited to, change of sizing, change of colour etc.), please DM us on Instagram ASAP so we can accommodate provided we have not started making the order.

If you wish to refund any other goods available on our store, you must provide the goods are shipped back to us in it's original, unused, and undamaged state.

2. Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider issuing refunds for non-refundable goods under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Damaged Goods: We take extra care in packaging our products securely and ensure there is no damage prior to packing. However, we understand anything can happen during transport. If you receive a non-refundable product that is damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will assess the situation and help you out, and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
